A kaleidoscope is more than a children's toy, it's also a term used when referencing a group of butterflies. Here is where participants come to meet fellow participants and match with a mentor. Where our members come to find like-minded people and their tribe.

No need to panic! We can help. Our mentors are a mix of expatriates and locals from around the world, here not only to welcome you to the 黑Hei Butterfly The Initiative family but to the unique expatriate tribe to which you now belong.

All from your comfort zone.

We wanted to create a community for you in your destination before you even arrive. You will be paired with a mentor who has experience living in the area you are planning to travel to. Some of our mentors are currently expatriates abroad, while others have returned stateside. Our mentoring program is all online via email and video conferencing apps. Mentors will have organization based email addresses and mentees can use their school email accounts.
